Rent the Inn - The mid-week nightly rate for all three rooms is $235 for up to two guests in each room. The weekend rate is $265. Add $10 per night for a third person or dog in Adam’s room. See our Rooms/Rates page for al a carte breakfast prices. Great for small groups and special occasions! This special rate cannot be split by room or guest, and must be paid up-front by the person making the reservation.

Extended and Long-Term Stays - Please let us know if you are looking for long-term accommodations with modified services as we can adjust our rates to fit your budget!

Policies and Information

* Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4 pm to 10 pm. Check-out time is 11 am.

* Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one-night’s lodging paid via check or major credit card is required to hold your booking and the balance is due upon arrival. The deposit will be forfeited in the case of “No-Shows” or cancellations after noon the day before your reservation starts.   You must cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date for special events including (but not limited to) holidays, local graduations, parent weekends and car shows or the deposit will be forfeited. The full amount of the room rate will be forfeited for early departures.

* Minimum Stay

There is a 2-night minium stay during holidays and special event weekends.

* Internet/ WIFI

The password for our secured wireless internet will be provided on check-in.

* Beverages
* Breakfast
* Dietary needs

Breakfast is served at 8 am if included with your stay. Let us know about dietary restrictions or if you would like an alternate time; we will accommodate you within reason. Please text this info to us ASAP if we miss you. The Keurig in the dining room is always available to everyone for coffee and tea. Milk and cream can be found in the mini-fridge where you can also store items of your own.

* Keys

You are provided with a key to your room and a key to the front door. There is a pass code available for the front door as well. The room lock is a little tricky so please carefully read the instructions on the back of your door as it is easy to lock yourself out! Also lock the front door upon arrival and departure.

* Bathroom Heater

Feel free to adjust the thermostat in the hallway if you are uncomfortable, but please be sensitive of other guests as there is one system for all rooms. Extra blankets are available, and you can open your window or adjust your ceiling fan as needed. Two of our rooms are also equipped with bathroom heaters.

* Extra Toiletries
* Ironing

We have a Septic System so only put toilet paper in the toilet!   Extra towels and toiletries are in the hall closet. Help yourself if you need or have forgotten something. There is also a built-in ironing station in the hallway.

* Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside. Please use the ashtrays provided and be respectful of other guests.

* Kitchenette
* Microwave
* Fridge and ice Maker

There is a kitchenette, down the stairs from the foyer, where you will find a sink, microwave, ice maker, mini refrigerator, plates and other utensils. Please clean up after yourself. Liquor is not for guest consumption.

* TV
* Books and Games
* Workout Room

Adjacent to the kitchenette is our media room where you will find books, games, a small workout area, and a large-screen projection TV. Each room is also equipped with cable TV.

* Hot Tub

Instructions are required for hot tub use, and guests MUST check availability. Shower before use, and… no skinny dipping or chunky dunking!

* Dogs

There is an up-charge for dogs and they are only allowed in Adams Room. Our certified therapy dog, Mackie, welcomes you and your well-behaved, flea-treated dog!   Please keep your dog off the bed/ furniture, and crate them while in your room. Also be respectful of other guests by keeping them leashed. Dogs are NOT permitted in our yard/ gardens; take them to the soccer field across the creek to do their business, and clean up after them (poop bags are available)!

* Telephone

Our home telephone number is (717) 766-3412. The phone in the hallway closet is available for local and long-distance calls within the US. Calls are free. This phone is shared by guests and the business so please keep it brief.
